LIVE EVENTS: On some days, you’ll also receive the viewing link for a Q&A or live event. On these occasions you will have the opportunity to text in questions for the guest speaker. Be quick to have the best shot at having your question answered – we will have limited time for questions.

– Wait until midday of the day you expect the session. Emails can sometimes take a while to arrive.
– Confirm that you’re checking the correct email address. You will need to use the same email address that you used to purchase your ticket/s.
– Check your Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
– Search ‘NCC Conference’ in your inbox. Sometimes emails arrive but aren’t visible.
